China – home of the world’s worst spam ISPs

China has been reported again by spam-tracking organisation, Spamhaus, as being home of the top three of “The World’s Worst Spam Support ISPs”. The three ISPs are unicom-cn, chinanet-gd, and chinanet-fj with the three having a combined 267 known spam issues, almost double the 143 unresolved spam issues reported by this website in January 2012.
